We collect minimal data to provide the game experience: player name (optional, user-provided), game statistics and progress, purchase history (managed by Google Play / App Store), device type and session data for analytics. We do NOT collect: email addresses, phone numbers, GPS location, contacts, photos, or any sensitive personal information.
Data is used for: saving game progress and statistics locally on your device, powering the on-device leaderboard, processing in-app purchases securely via platform billing, improving gameplay experience, and (when enabled) serving advertisements to non-PRO users via third-party ad networks.
All payments are processed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We never store, access, or process your credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details. Payment data is handled entirely by the platform under their secure, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Non-subscriber users may see advertisements. Third-party ad networks may collect device identifiers (advertising ID) for ad targeting. AIZEN PRO subscribers see no advertisements and are not tracked by ad networks. You can limit ad tracking via your device settings.
All game data, including leaderboard entries, is stored locally on your device with HMAC-based integrity protection. We do not currently operate cloud servers; no personal data is transmitted to us. If we introduce cloud sync in a future update, this policy will be updated and your explicit consent will be requested.
Aizen Grid is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
You have the right to: access your stored data (visible in-game), delete all your data instantly via Settings → "Delete My Data" button, object to or restrict processing of your data, opt out of ad tracking via device settings, request data portability or erasure by contacting us. Data deletion is immediate and irreversible — all game progress, purchases, and statistics will be permanently erased from your device.
Local game data is retained on your device until you delete it via Settings → "Delete My Data" or clear browser/app storage. Session activity logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Leaderboard entries persist until manually deleted. Purchase records are managed by Google Play / App Store per their retention policies (typically 3–7 years). We do not retain personal data on external servers.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
